Thornbury Outdoor Lantern Wall Light

A weather-resistant lantern for a front porch or garage wall, with fluted glass that breaks the light up rather than throwing it flat.

Key Features

• Fluted Glass: The ribbed panes scatter the light so the fitting glows rather than glares at anyone walking up.
• Square Craftsman Form: A boxy mission-style lantern with a flared cap and a solid wall bracket, rather than the usual rounded coach shape.
• Built for Outside: Aluminium and iron construction, intended for exposed exterior walls.
• Standard E27 Fitting: Takes an ordinary screw-in bulb, so replacing it later means a trip to any hardware shop.

Why You'll Love It

• The fluted glass makes a real difference — it lights the path without blinding you at the door.
• The square shape suits a modern render wall better than a traditional coach lantern would.
• Took an ordinary bulb from the cupboard, which I wasn't expecting.
• It's been through a full winter on an exposed wall and still looks new.
