Penn Tiered Louvred Bollard Light, Solar or Hardwired

A dark bollard post topped with a tiered, louvred clear cylinder — the light comes out sideways through the tiers in rings, so the ground around it is lit without the fitting glaring at you.

Key Features

• Tiered Louvred Head: The top is a clear cylinder with stacked horizontal louvres. Light escapes between the tiers in bands and lands on the path, not in your eyes.
• Solar or Hardwired: The solar version has a panel on top and needs no wiring. The hardwired version is for a garden that already has outdoor power, or where the post sits in shade.
• Three Heights: 30cm for edging a bed, 60cm for a path, 80cm for a drive or an entry.
• Black or Brushed Brass: Black disappears into planting; brushed brass catches the light at dusk.
• Cylinder Diameter: 20cm for the solar version, 23cm for the hardwired.

Why You'll Love It

• The banded light on the ground looks like something a landscape architect specified.
• Solar for the easy life; hardwired for the shady side of the house.
• Brushed brass at dusk is the version that stops people on the drive.
• Solar and hardwired differ slightly in diameter, so do not mix them in one row.
• Hardwired means an electrician; budget for one before you order six.
