Lund Vertical Spine Wall Bookshelf in Black or White

A tall, narrow metal spine that fixes to the wall, with small shelf plates staggered up its length so books stack in a single column and appear to float.

Key Features

• Vertical Spine: One slim upright is the whole structure. It takes almost no wall width, so it fits beside a door or in the gap between two windows.
• Staggered Shelf Plates: Short plates step up the spine, each holding a small stack of books. Once loaded, the spine disappears behind the spines.
• Four Heights: Five tiers at 91cm, six at 109cm, eight at 145cm or nine at 157cm. More tiers, more books.
• Black or White: Both colours at every height, same price for each size.
• Metal Throughout: The spine and the plates are metal rather than board, so the profile stays thin.

Why You'll Love It

• Books stacked flat in a column look like a sculpture. Books on a normal shelf look like a shelf.
• It needs a strip of wall not much wider than the books themselves.
• The nine-tier version stands 157cm — measure the wall from the floor before choosing.
• White on a white wall makes the books float; black on plaster makes the shelf part of the room.
• It carries weight, so fix it into studs or use proper anchors.
